Hi, I’m Natalie.

Yoga has been a big part of my life for many years and like many people I started Yoga for the physical movement but it was the balance of mind body and spirit within the practice that kept me coming back.

I was lucky enough to travel to India in 2016 to complete my yoga teacher training at Anand Prakash Yoga Ashram and was completely immersed in the traditions and practice of yoga. It was here that my love of yoga deepened and although I didn’t go into the training with the mindset of teaching, after completing it I knew that it needed to be shared.

After many years of teaching and many additional training courses from ecstatic dance to cacaoista my teaching style has developed with a strong emphasis on self. I love seeing my student reconnect to themselves and I love to hear their stories of how yoga and meditation has helped them in their everyday life.

My yoga classes in a nutshell: natalie's classes guide you on an inward journey; weaving together intuitive movement, traditional asana, pranayama and deep meditation. holding space for you to cultivate body and spiritual awareness through an open heart, reflection and silence.

My other passions in life are animals and nature (especially the ocean) and I also work for The Dogs Trust. I also have two wonderful rescue Golden Retrievers' called River & Oaks who you will see pop up on my socials.

I can’t wait to practice with you soon.
